Vday Dinner Essay 1000 Words
Valentine's Day Dinner
There is always one day out of the year that you go above and beyond for that special person in your life, that day is February 14th. Most people do not believe in Valentine’s Day simply for the reason that people should show their love everyday and not specifically on one day. I also believe you should show your love every day but it is also nice to have a special holiday just dedicated to your husband, wife, boyfriend, or girlfriend. I am one of the few that actually go out of my way to make it just right, and it all starts with the perfect dinner. The perfect romantic dinner to win over your lover’s heart is chicken parmesan and trust me if made the right way you have your significant other very happy and will have a great Valentine’s Day!
The right ingredients are essential in making the perfect parmesan chicken; you first get sliced boneless chicken of your choice. The next key item would be the sauce. Ragu is fine no need to get too fancy. Cheese is also a very important ingredient in making this dish because too little or too much can ruin the entire meal. Two bags of the best Mozzarella and parmesan cheese you can find at the nearest grocery store are what you will need. Lastly, are the bread crumbs. Now you have all your main ingredients, time to start cooking!
Here are some other simple ingredients you may need know about to make it even more amazing, I also have listed the amount of each you need to know. 1 clove garlic, minced (meaning to cut into very small pieces)
1 stick of unsalted butter (melted) 1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (only if you want, not needed though)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
A large pinch of Italian seasoning (herb mix)
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 lbs of skinless, boneless, chicken meat, cut into pieces no larger than 2x2 inches (or cut into sizes that can fit into your cooking

. Saint Valentine, officially known as Saint Valentine of Rome, is a third-century Roman saint widely celebrated on February 14 and commonly associated with "courtly love."Although not much of St. Valentine's life is reliably known, and whether or not the stories involve two different saints by the same name is also not officially decided, it is highly agreed that St. Valentine was martyred and then buried on the Via Flaminia to the north of Rome.In 1969, the Roman Catholic Church removed St. Valentine from the General Roman Calendar, because so little is known about him. However, the church still recognizes him as a saint, listing him in the February 14 spot of Roman Martyrolgy.…
