Subject: Additional Service for Building Proposal
This memo is to present my proposal for an additional service to the building. The proposal is to add a small gym, workout room in River View Plaza. The gym will be very practical and cost-effective
What are the advantages?
The number one advantage of this proposal is to provide the workers in the building with a stress relief environment that will help to loosen and free their minds. I have done some research on stress-related workers and found that workers with less stress are more professional and capable to withstand a larger work load in the business world.
Another great advantage from this proposal is for all the workers in the building to get acquainted with each other. This way every worker in the building will have the opportunity to interact with other business members. This can create opportunities for business growth in the future.
One more advantage would be just the fact of the employees being pleased to have a way to relief their stress and letting other people know. This would then get around and help to bring in more businesses to fill the vacant opening here in the River View Plaza.
What will this small gym, recreational center consist of?
The gym will offer a variety of ways to relieve some tension caused from stress. It will have a few treadmills, ellipticals, possible a few small weights, yoga mats, T.V.s, and etc. These are only a few examples of some of the equipment. I will go more in depth with the information if given the chance to present my presentation to the committee.
Other concerns and questions:
I have done some extra research for this project including budget costs. The equipment and construction for this project is surprisingly inexpensive. If you have any questions concerns, please feel free to contact me at 251-555-5555. I will answer any questions you might have. I appreciate your time and...
