Abstract
This study’s objective was to determine if there is a difference in the level of perceived stress between people that exercise and those that do not. A Professional Life Stress test was administered to 20 men and 20 women at the Klbm. A chi- square test was ran on the data was collected. This study indicated that there was not a significant difference between groups when subjects were asked: If happy at current job? But, there was a significant difference found in between groups when asked: Do you work-out to relieve stress [X2 = 4. 48, p. .05]. No significant difference was found in between groups on this perceived stress among women and men.
