LEARNING TEAM CHARTER
Learning Team Goals
(May include project assignment goals, group process goals, quality level goals, etc.)
In order to receiver all our team points we have to make sure that all assignments are turned in by or before the due deadline and having a high standard of quality since it affects everyone’s grade. Making sure that the team remains organized and updated on any changes or decisions made.
KC- I have been with a different university thus far and this is my second class with a group project. The last one went well but I am hoping to get better with this class.
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
Ensuring that everyone gives their best performance academically, staying focused and on track even though we may have outside distraction. Not submitting team member’s individual parts on time and not caring enough about assignments.
KC- Lets all keep in contact on a regular basis, checking our email as often as possible helps. In case I am needed,
I can be reached by email any time of the day, I get notifications on my phone as soon as you press send.
Ground Rules
Meeting schedule, locations, attendance expectations, agenda, assignment completion, communication methods, etc. We are all adults and need to carry our weight; therefore if anyone finds that they are struggling they need to speak up so we can help out.
Conflict Management
What are potential conflicts that might arise among or between team members during this course? How will team members deal with these and other conflicts?
By everyone trying to lead at the same time and thinking your way is the only and best way in order to complete an assignment. These conflicts can also include delegating work load, but not taking care of your own work or passing it off to someone else.
