Leadership qualities are important in every single job, but more so in the uniformed services. They are important because not only do they help keep everyone motivated, a leader also helps everyone work as a team and makes it easier to make decisions. I am going to talk about certain leadership qualities and link them a specific job with in the service, I shall then give an example of when it would be used.
