Introduction
Human resource (HR) is a constant challenge with many organizations. Kudler Fine Foods as with many other companies will face the challenges of interviewing, hiring, training, retaining, promotion, termination, compliance procedures, benefits, payroll, and performance assessments of its current and potential employees. Currently, with globalization Kudler Fine Foods have to compete with the high demands of having their employees acquired for higher pay. As time moves on it many job seekers have gone. Individual store managers are responsible of tracking time off and vacation time, which able to use their own personal tracking system. Having different...
