Introduction
The Handbook
There are several reasons why we (the teaching team) have prepared this handbook for you.
Firstly, to give you information about your course itself such as what subjects you will be studying and where you can progress in two years time.
Secondly, we have all been students ourselves and are fully aware of the expectations placed upon students '' not just academic goals but behavioural expectations, too. We expect you to behave in an appropriate manner at all times whether that is studying in the library/Learning Resource Centre, attending a class or simply relaxing in reception.
Thirdly, being a student is rarely easy but we know that the more you put in, the more you’ll get out therefore we have also provided some useful motivational quotes and study tips for you.
