Getting on the good side of your professor can become a very useful for you in college. Well here are a few steps you may wantto follow. First, greet yourprofessor when you see them in the halls or around campus. Greeting your professor may help you get to know them better and have them become more comfortable with you. Ask questions in class and show them you are interested in what they are teaching. Your professor will like this and become aware that you are serious about his class and that you are willing to learn. Don’t just set in class and never get involved if you are in college algebra and your professor ask to have a problem put on the board volunteer to go to the board and do the problem for the class. Lastly, never fall asleep in class, you professor will look down on you for this. If you follow some of the steps listed you will be able to get your professor’s good side and make college a little easier for you.
Having good study skills is very important in college. First you need to take notes when your teacher is giving a lecture. Jot down all the important words or phrases you think will help you study. Secondly, make flash cards, flash cards are a very useful method of studying. Write the answer for the problem on one side on the flash card and the answer on the other side. Once you have everything you need to study go to a quiet place like the library were you will have little distractions and will be able to focus and get some quality studying done. Once you get to the library review your flashcards quiz yourself look at the problem and see if you get the right and answer once you think you have the right answer flip the flashcard over and see. Also review your notes that you took in class if follow these study strategies you should do fine on any test or exam you are studying for.
