Major Essay:

Viewing: the Impact on Children

It is no secret that in this day and age television and video viewing is a popular form of entertainment for both children and adults. Although viewing likely has a strong impact on adults, for the purpose of this paper I am going to focus on the impact of viewing on children. There is a great deal of controversy about this topic; whether viewing is a bad influence on children, whether it is a strong educational influence or perhaps just a harmless form of entertainment.
