Career Development Plan Summary Kudler Fine Foods is in need of a restructuring plan. The new team will take on responsibilities that require the hiring of additional personnel and training for new and current employees. The new proposal will create five additional positions in the company and provide training for the new and current employees. A new compensation and benefits package will be proposed. All employees will be required to develop their own career development plan. The current methods for appraising the team’s performance will also be reviewed and modified if needed. Kudler Fine Food has targeted catering as an area to increase sales. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning corporate parties and events. The Event Coordinator will not only promote our catering business, but also plan entire events around our products and services. The Event Coordinator must have at least five years experience in event planning. This is another new position where mentoring is not an option, so experience is a must. Strong communication and organizational skills are desired. The Coordinator must be familiar with all departments in the store. The Assistant to the Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the different areas involved in each event.
