The seven standard development life cycle needs to be implemented and maintained in order for the Bead Bar to become successful. There are seven steps that are included in this life cycle in a chronological order; Planning phase, Analysis phase, Design phase, Development phase, Testing phase, Implementation phase, and Maintenance phase. Here is how the Bead Bar can easily follow these phases, first by defining each of them.
The systems development life cycle is a software advancement that can easily be compared to the waterfall model, in a since that once the project is started, or flowing over the fall, there is no turning back, as illustrated in Figure 1A below.

This is why it is essential to carefully plan and execute, in order for the Bead Bar to make and save money on the business plan. The first phase, planning, is the Bead Bar’s IT team working on the project characterizes what needs to be developed. The project scope needs to be taken into account here, in order to efficiently develop the rest of the project in a timely and orderly manner by managing and monitoring it. This will include planning what type of network, database model, and security precautions that are to be used.
The second phase, analysis, is one of the most important stages of the entire project. This is where the team would research acceptable details that the users and IT specialists can use to prioritize.
