Advantages Of Teens Having A Car

Many teenagers argue that having a car is a necessity in high school. When they reach high school they try to get a car as early as possible to their advantage for school. Although there are disadvantages, there are many positive outcomes of high school teenagers owning a car. Some possibilities are getting to school easily, leaving school at any time, and make it easier for working students.
First of all, many students are late to class some days. This may be because the distance to school is too far or they missed the bus. For example, a student attends school in another county and there isn’t a school bus to reach there. If these teenagers had cars, they would be able to reach school much more easily. Distance wouldn’t be a problem since they could drive there instead of consuming time by walking. With a car, there is no scheduled time to leave the house, so teenagers can leave whenever they want to reach school.
Not only is getting to school easy, leaving school is also much easier. Many times the bus may appear too early or too late instead of the preferred time after school. With a car, there would be no need to rely on the bus. Teenagers wouldn’t have any transportation issues from school. After school, they would not to bother others for transportation. Also, they would have transportation from school after extra curricular activities. High school students could stay after school for their clubs without having to search for transportation. Cars would help them abundantly because of the need of transportation is revoked.
For my last argument, having their own cars would help those working students. Each day after school, those working students need transportation to work. Instead of taking the bus or waiting for other ways of transportation, they could reach their jobs themselves. Parents can be a valuable resource for teens without vehicles that need to reach a place quickly. But eventually, that becomes a burden for student and parent as they try to...
