Vision for the Plan:

As a teacher, I want to be professional and a positive role model to my students. I want to have a good and supportive environment in my classroom so that it allows my students to have good opportunities to succeed. I will keep motivate my students to be better in their work and it is my job to make sure that each students learn something. Therefore, I plan to use positive reinforcement in the classroom and praise any positive behavior in the classroom. I will use the classroom management plan, because I feel it is important that students should take ownership for their behaviors and understand more in their assignments. As a caring teacher, I have to meet with the parents every first day of the month, so I can explain what the students and I are going through in the classroom. They should have time to help their children with their homework. The parents are part of their learning success, because without their help, many of the children will never do their work. This is my vision as being an effective teacher in the classroom.
Philosophy of the Plan: As a teacher, I believe that all students can learn and none of them are quitter. All students can succeed in school with the help of learning activities, complete the assessment or presentation. I believe that students learn in different ways such as reading assignment, group presentation, debates, individual presentation, writing essay and etc. Students learn best when they enjoy the learning activities. I believe as a teacher to be more prepare to teach, because if the teacher is good, the students will be good in the classroom. One of the most important when it comes between the teacher and the students, is to never judge students by individual. All students are special and they deserve to be in class so they can succeed with their own

Being a facilitator of learning, following through on the procedures put into place, expecting that my students will learn, and setting the pace and environment for learning all make my class a well managed classroom.…

After going through many years of schooling and observing many different teacher styles I have come up with my own philosophy of teaching. As a future teacher my main philosophy is everyone learns concepts different and student should be treated as individuals. Students are humans; they have different thoughts and different way to enjoy learning. As an educator I want to make sure they embrace their skills and help improve in the areas they need to help on. In my field of special education as a teacher and a person who has a learning disability I’ve learned that effective teaching requires patience and flexibility. Teachers need to learn how to adjust because students respond differently to a many forms of assessment and education.…

    * Philosophy – Many teachers want to know how children learn and how to respond to their needs, so they must have guidelines on how to deal with those needs. Each individual learns in many ways and in the four corners of the classroom we encounter different learners. A classroom is like a zoo wherein different animals with different characteristics and needs are present, as what others say. Every teacher used this philosophies and theories to help them explain why each individual behave in that certain way, understand how each individual learns socio-emotionally, cognitively, and physically; help them decide on what to expect in each stage of development and how to deal with them effectively.…

I want every student to leave my classroom learning something. I know that every child has the ability to learn even the smallest things. I feel that a teacher should take on roles outside the classroom as well. Sometimes a teacher is the only person a child feels they can talk to. It is important for the teacher to have a warm, welcoming, and confidence way about her so that the child is more likely to come to her if and when they have a problem. I know that I will provide that to my students. I plan to continue to grow as a teacher through experiences, reflections and guidance from others.…
