The Person I Admire
The person who I admire most is Dr.Mahathir bin Mohamad.As we know Dr.Mahathir Mohamad is our 4th prime minister of Malaysia.He born on 20 December 1925 at Alor Setar,Kedah.Before he enter into politics he was a doctor.He got 22 years of politics experiance.Dr.Mahathir became prime minister of Malaysia on 16 July 1981 and he retired his political life on October 31st 2003.

Dr.Mahathir brings lot of changes in his career.He convert our Malaysia from agriculture to industrial.He is the one who introduced Malaysia as a industrial nation to other countries.He brings lot of changes in economy,politics and social.He grow up the Malaysia Economy to compete with other nation such like USA,China and also Korea.In his career he had made up lot of business relationship with other sucessful nation.

Dr.Mahathir also played an important role in introducing Vision 2020.He plan and hope that by year 2020 Malaysia will become one of the sucessful nation in the world. During his administration he was considered as one of Asia's most influential leaders.

The major constitutional changes that he had made in economic politics was such as proton car company,,Multi-media super corrider,KLIA, Petronas Twin Towers and so on.During the Asean financial crisis of 1997,the Malaysia Economy was fall down badly. But Dr.Mahathir was briliiantly overcome this problem and set back the Malaysia economy in good position.

    Dr Mahathir was Malaysia's fourth Prime Minister and he worked very hard to develope our country since the day he was appointed as the Prime Minister. Dr M served as the prime minister of Malaysia for 22 years. He created a concept called VISION 2020, where by the year 2020 Malaysia is expected to be a fully developed country. He called upon the entire citizens of Malaysia to work harder and to prepare themselves to really achieve that vision. Dr M transformed Malaysia from a country that completely depended on self-subsistant agriculture, cultivation of rubber and tin mining, into a vibrant economic country based on trading and industrialisation. Malaysia now has heavy and high technology industries that have become more developed and competitive with other developed countries in the world. Besides that, Dr Mahathir took steps to enable Malaysia to face the future by establishing the Multimedia Super Corridor, which emphasizes ‘Information Technology’ as a very important asset for the country in the new millennium. Dr Mahathir also announced the National Car Project (Proton), which is one of the many important developments of Malaysia in achieving Vision 2020. In the field of literature, Dr Mahathir has contributed greatly since his schooling days. Due to his great interest in writing, Dr Mahathir was an editor of a magazine called Darulaman. Other than that, Dr Mahathir successfully handled the financial crisis 1997 and stabilized the Malaysian economy. All schools were equipped with computers with the help of Dr Mahathir.
