With Team effectiveness communication levels the playing field when it comes to decision-making and how those decisions will affect the team or an aspect of having a team is having a hierarchy who is a team leader who has a deserved title and can recognize and reward accomplishments being made throughout the team. Having a cohesive effective team is a team that can reach Solutions and compromises through a respected line of communication and decision-making which is help by giving each team member a roll that conform to the Norms of the team and the code of conduct selective and practiced by the team as a unit (C.Dye, p.200).     An effective team which performs at the highest level, whilst completing their work efficiently to the best of their ability. An effective team will always consist of certain features enabling effective team performance. Some of these features are as follows; develop goals and plans, i.e. an effective team will always devise a development or goal plan, which will describe the specific purpose for the team.
