Reflective Essay On My Goals For English 101
My goals for English 101 is specifically to focus on my assignments and essays on a higher academic level; for example compose a essay with correct punctuation, avoid fragment errors, and acknowledge different writing techniques. I find it helpful when I prioritize my goals for the English course, initially to pass this class with a GPA of 3.4 or higher, a short-term goal that I tend to complete is improve on my writing tactics. This goal will teach me methods of formatting by following a set of grammar rules that create an exemplary piece of writing. I started to pinpoint my goals in order to fulfill my academic objectives; it keeps me organized and well aware of my prerequisite courses. Once I meet my academic requirements, I plan to transfer to UMSL (University of Missouri –St. Louis) to pursue my career in criminology and complete my education with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
