Personality Test
Personality is the various aspects of a person’s character that combine to make them different from other people. In every person have own personality. It means that in every individual has own emotion, behavior, attitude etc.
My discussion paper will be about Big 5 Aspects of Personality. The personality traits used in the 5 factor model are Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to experience. Each of these 5 personality traits describes, relative to other people, the frequency or intensity of a person's feelings, thoughts, or behaviors.
The first aspect Extraversion. The trait of extraversion is a central dimension of personality theories. Extraversion tends to be talkative, energetic behavior, social. But introversion is personality factor of quiet, shy behavior person. Introverts lack the energy, and activity levels of extraverts. They tend to be quiet, low-key, disconnected from the social world. Their require of social involvement should not be interpreted as shyness or depression; the introvert simply needs less stimulation than an extravert and prefers to be without help, on your own. The independence and reserve of the introvert is sometimes mistaken as unfriendliness or egotism. I think that everyone has both an extraverted side and an introverted side.
The second aspect is Agreeableness. This aspect reflects individual differences in concern with cooperation and social contract. Agreeable individual’s value getting along with others. They are therefore considerate, friendly, openhanded, helpful, and willing to compromise their interests with others'. Agreeable people also have an optimistic view of human character. They believe people are basically honest, respectable, and trustworthy. Disagreeable individuals are generally unconcerned with others' interests, and therefore are unlikely to extend themselves for other people. To my mind agreeable people are better liked than disagreeable people. On the other hand, agreeableness is not useful in situations that involve absolute objective decisions. Disagreeable people can make excellent scientists etc.
The third aspect of personality is Conscientiousness. These people taking care to do things correctly and carefully. This aspect is about how a person can control and regulateyour impulses. Individuals with a high level of conscientiousness on a career test are good at formulating long-range goals, organizing and planning routes to these goals, and working consistently to achieve them. They are also positively regarded by others as intelligent and reliable. On the negative side, they can be workaholics. In other way, extremely conscientious individuals might be regarded as boring.
The other aspect of big 5 personalty is Neuroticism. This aspect caused by or suffering from neurosis, it means that, a menatl illness in which a person suffers strong feelings of fear and worry. Neuroticism may experience primarily one specific negative feeling such as anger or depression. They respond emotionally to events that would not affect most people, and their reactions tend to be more agressive, strong, cold than normal. These problems in emotional regulation can diminish a neurotic's ability to think clearly, make decisions, and manage effectively with stress. Freedom from negative feelings does not mean that low scorers experience a lot of positive feelings; frequency of positive emotions is a component of the Extraversion sphere.
So last aspect is Openness to experience. Open people are creative, imaginative, intellectual. Intellect is probably best regarded as one aspect of openness to experience. Another characteritic is the, open experience people can be high talanted on mathematical, logical, geometric thinking, artistic and differenr language, music composition or performance, visual or performing art etc, in general openess people have positive and usefull opportunities also skills.
Finally i think that in every person have different skills, different talent. Some people are egoist, com people are openhanded. Some of them can be good personality, and some of them can be bad. To my mind, we can not judge people for their character. Because, people’s characters changeable. Person can be egoist but creative. I wanna say that. Every person have own character, own personality
