A hobby is what people enjoy doing in their free time. People have different hobbies such as playing guitar, watching movies, reading books, sleeping etc. My hobby is playing football. Football is the most popular sport in the world and is played in a lot of countries. I started to play football when I was ten. At the first time, my father did not allow me to play football because he thought it would be dangerous for me. He used to bit me when he knew I had played football. But I did not give up playing football because I liked it.

I used to play football two hours everyday when I was a student. Unfortunately, my leg was broken when my friend and I had played football with other team. They tried to kick the ball out of the goal frame but it hit my leg. I was rushed to the hospital because a wound was very serious. I had to stay at home with a big leg for three months. Six months late, I could go without any help and I continued to play football because I loved it.

Football is not only my hobby but also help me improve my health. Playing football helps me increase muscle and bone strength, reduce body fat and improve my health due to shift between walking, running and sprinting. Football will build my leg strength and increase my concentration span. Playing football is a good way for me to get in shape and create positive fitness habits.

I can get a lot of benefits from playing a team sport like phaying football. Playing football provides me an opportunity to increase my confidence and help me reduce anxiety. It teaches me how to promote teamwork

Football is something that defines me in many ways. Football taught me many things but one of the biggest was becoming a young man. The sport itself didn't teach to be a man but the coach that felt like father figures in the four year in highschool that gave me life lectures. My coaches taught me simple things like how to shake hands like a man to learning to deal with situation that are hard to deal with alone. My coaches have helped me become the young man I am with manner, attention to details, and sense of urgency. Without football and the discipline I've been through, I would have been a MORE of a person who quits when it gets hard. Football is what taught to keep trying even when it's hard and to try my best because at some point you…

Playing the sport of football teaches athletes team work. Athletes learn how to get along with their teammates. For example, let's say you play offensive line, you have to be able to talk to your teammates so you know who to block. Teamwork makes kids feel better about themselves, they have others to help them out. Also, teamwork can help you in the classroom, if you have a friends in the class that is on your football team you won't be scared to ask for help. If your coach puts you in at a position on the team you can work with the other players that are in to figure out what routes to run, where to go, who to block. I believe that football you with your teamwork which improves social skills.…
