Regis College as a whole has both positive and negative affects on my health. I live in a triple in Domitilla Hall. The hall that I live in contains a great amount liter near the trash cans, in the halls itself and especially in the restrooms. My dorm room is the one thing I find positive about living in Domitilla because it is one of the largest dorm rooms in the building and it is often the place I find the most peace. My routine every morning varies on the time I have class or work. If I have an early class or shift I tend to not have time for breakfast which is not the best for my health. I also tend to not get breakfast because of the food in the cafeteria is unappetizing. The cafeteria food being unappetizing effects my nutritional intake each day because I tend to not eat what I should or skip meals which affects me negatively. During the day I attend classes and do homework assignments when I have time. I do enjoy some of the material I learn in some classes but it can be overwhelming. School in general does have a negative affect on my health due to the stress I endure. Also depending on the number of assignments due at a certain time, I lose a great amount of sleep. An electronic I enjoy using is the Ipad…
