Army Call Of Duty
Being a member of the United States Army is a job that must be upheld by the men and woman who chose to answer the call of duty. All that you have learned in Basic Training, Advanced Individual Training, and Permint Party serves a roll in your every day duty. No matter if its shooting expert on the M16, learning dill movements in basic, brushing up on your boot shining skills in AIT, or trust in your fellow solders in permint party. Lots of thing helps make a solder from learning the heritage and traditions, to coutesies, to the army values all the way down to serving as a member of a team. The Army values are the foundation for good soldiering in the United States Army. To pick just one value to discuss or to break is difficult to follow without tapping into any of the other seven. Thus I will follow in suit by discussing all seven of the values. Loyalty …show more content…
Do you fit in? You should begin to select that organization in which you can most effectively grow as a leader. Any organization that provides an open call for committee membership is generally seriously looking for new members. For some it is an acknowledgment of their peers, for others it is the fleeting fame, for others it is the chance to contribute. It was the person choice to join the United States Army so he should solder up and do what he has to do when he or she has to. They must know where they are going and why. You can miss formations, chow, mail, and a good time just for not being on time. Everyone needs to feel good about themselves in order to get along with others. One should first look at the mission of each group and the internal workings of each group. " We often think of leaders as a single personality type, "born to lead. However, we cannot respect others when we do not respect ourselves. Leadership is more than getting people to do what is asked.     It is a well-known fact that the foundation of all successful teamwork is trust. A common saying in the United States Army is "One team, one fight". The Army is, simplistically speaking, an enormous team that moves to execute it's overarching mission through the delegation of orders; all the way from the higher ranks, down to the lowest of levels.
