She had looked forward to her prom night for months, but certainly wasn’t prepared for the surprise of her life. As the days went by, she only had three months to prepare for it all. From deciding on the theme for her dress to making sure the limo was set and ready for prom night at The Rivera, she had many plans in mind. Her date, who was also her best friend Benson, wasn’t warned about her ravishing look that would be presented that night. And there it was, the most phenomenal dress anyone had ever laid eyes on. This dress was filled with so much elation, everybody stood appalled. The way the white fabric shined down to the floor was created so assiduously it resembled feathers. The gold chains ran down the back like shackles from hell. When the dress entered the ballroom, guests suddenly became capricious the way their moods started changing. Some students, including teachers and chaperones, were stunned at first glance. It was multi-colored on top to show the fun, angelic side. The finer jewelry and details of the dress were so mischievous, people didn’t know whether to love it or feel intimidated.
Who would think that this improbable girl would wear a dress that wasn’t up to par with her personality? She was not a standard teenage girl. Although she was innocent everywhere she would go, she had thoughts of one day changing the opinions of what people thought of her. She was a straight B average student with maybe two or three C’s. She was a part of the senior committee and ran track and field for four years straight. She took part in moot court/mock trial as an attorney. She had many ideas of her own that were not apparent to others. Nobody would expect to see her do anything out of the ordinary. The dress’ skirt was a pure white satin fabric with thin tulle to make it more astonishing. It resembled an angel’s wings the way it flowed
